#21: Finding Your Purpose with Bethany

Have you ever felt distracted?

I think we can all agree that in today’s society- it is SO easy to get distracted from the things that are really important to us in our life. One of the main distractions that comes to mind is Social Media. In our world, Social Media has taken over many of our lives. In this Episode, we are speaking with my podcast manager, Bethany. Bethany tells us how she and her family used a social media hiatus to move them closer to fulfilling their life purpose and gain connection. Social Media has many positive aspects, however it sometimes can lead to surface level friendships. Nothing can really replace that special feeling of meeting up with a friend face-to-face over a cup of coffee. Check out this episode to see how taking a break from social media helped Bethany improve her relationship with others and herself.
