#23: Friends Who Feel Like Family with Laurie

Do you have friends that you consider family?

Today we are talking with Laurie about how to be intentional when it comes to maintaining connection with family and friends during life's crazy seasons.  Laurie is a wife, mother, and school counselor. Although it would be easy to make excuses to put off other relationships, Laurie and her husband make time to hold get-togethers at their house, and put effort into their connections with others.  Although Laurie wishes that she had a color coded calendar to schedule get-togethers, it often looks like just reaching out to someone who is on her heart. She is committed to doing life with people around her. Check out this episode to hear Laurie’s story, and how she prioritizes relationships with her family and friends.
